When you join our attendee list, we collect your first name, email address and the date you joined. If you register vendor interest, we also collect your contact and business details, event preferences, information about what you sell and your previous shows, and the setup photograph you submit.

We use attendee-list information to send you updates about tickets, sellers, partners and future Collectors’ Assembly shows. We rely on your consent to send these emails. We use vendor information to assess applications, select a balanced group of sellers and manage vendor participation because it is necessary to respond to your request and in our legitimate interests when planning the event.

Sharing and retention

We may use trusted service providers to operate our website and deliver emails. We do not sell your information. We keep your details while you remain subscribed or for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the list or vendor selection process.
